About the show

The Lowdown

Somewhere out there is a person who has read all four books twice and can still argue the Team Edward case at a dinner party. Forever Noon: A Twilight Musical Parody was written for that person, and also for everyone who has to sit next to them.

Imani Russell plays Bella Swan and Garrett Poladian plays Edward Cullen in a pop-scored, cheerfully irreverent retelling of the whole sparkly business — the rain, the staring, the truck, the baseball scene that makes no sense and is somehow the best part. Joy Donze directs, Will Buck handles music direction, and the supporting bench is stacked with New York comedy regulars including Jaime Lyn Beatty, Alise Morales, Marcia Belsky and Meredith Brandt.

It plays the Laurie Beechman Theatre, the 90-seat cabaret room tucked under the West Bank Cafe on West 42nd — the kind of place where you order a drink, sit close enough to see the glitter, and sing along under your breath. Two performances only: Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 9:30pm and Tuesday, October 27 at 7pm. Ninety seats, two nights. You do the math.
