The Lowdown
Greenberg’s Pulitzer-finalist puzzle box unfolds in two halves: first, three adult children sift through the cryptic diary of a famous architect father, trying to make sense of the inheritance — emotional and otherwise — he left behind. Then the play rewinds a generation, and the same actors play their own parents, revealing just how wrong the kids had it. Love, ambition, memory, and the stories families tell themselves: it’s all here.
Casting is set and the creative team is locked; a Broadway theatre and firm dates are still to be announced for the 2027 arrival. We’ll update this page the moment the marquee lights up — watch this space.
