Full guide →When to go. Head straight out at curtain call. Two-show days are the worst bet at both performances — the cast rests through the matinee and is spent by the evening. A Sunday matinee is the best single bet, because it is a one-show day. In bad weather the barricades sometimes never go up at all.
Who comes out. Anywhere from nobody to most of the cast. Nobody can tell you in advance which three — not us, not the theatre. Treat any list that claims otherwise with suspicion.
What to bring. Tonight’s Playbill and a fine-tip Sharpie, held open to the page you want signed. Ask before you photograph anyone, and keep the pavement clear — it is a working door, not a red carpet.

The Lowdown
Thirty spooky plays. Sixty minutes. Do the math and you get a new tiny horror story roughly every two minutes, which is about as fast as anyone wants to be scared. The Infinite Fright brings a Halloween-sized dose of short-form theater to Asylum NYC in the Flatiron area.
The format is the fun part: 30 short plays packed into one hour, so if one bit is not your thing, wait a moment and another one shows up. Expect quick scares, quicker jokes and a crowd that is very much in the holiday spirit.
There are only two chances to see it. Friday, October 30, 2026 at 9:30pm is the late-night edition for grown-ups who like their frights after dark. Saturday, October 31 at 3pm is a family-friendly Halloween matinee, perfect before trick-or-treating. Asylum NYC is at 123 East 24th Street. With just two performances, tickets will not hang around long, so book now and wear a costume.
