About the show
The Lowdown
Director Simon Stone brings a visually striking Korean-language production of Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard to the Park Avenue Armory’s vast Drill Hall. Performed with live English captions, this is the kind of work the Armory was built for — ambitious, immersive, and impossible to see anywhere else. September 16–26 only.

Won a seat to The Cherry Orchard for the price of a deli lunch? Struck out a dozen times trying? Either way, the next New Yorker hitting refresh on the lottery wants to hear about it. Be the first on the board.
