Tony winner Danny Burstein plays Uncle Morty, Jessica Hecht is matriarch Bessie Berger, and Jeremy Shamos rounds out the family as Myron Berger, with Tyne Rafaeli making her Broadway directing debut. The revival lands at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre as part of MTC’s 2026–2027 season, with performances slated to begin in December 2026 ahead of a January 2027 opening. Exact dates are still to come — we’ll update the moment they drop.
